CIA agent offers advice

Leutrell Osborne, 'Black Man in the CIA' calls for 'More Cloak and Less Dagger'

Leutrell Mike Osborne, Sr. the author of the "Black Man In The CIA" (BMCIA), said that the recent statements by President Barack Obama about the USA now planning to do more "spying" and less "Counterterrorism" is compatible with his own strategy of 'More Cloak and Less Dagger'.

Osborne is a former Case Manager for the CIA who spent 26 years with the Agency. His experience in vital areas of CIA activities around the world have made him an expert on the mission and strategy necessary to accomplish that mission.

CIA is a maze of acronyms that mystify the uninitiated. The real culture of CIA is as difficult to capture as the intelligence it seeks. The chain of command makes it difficult to place blame, when even a George Tenet can be bullied by a President into doctoring the analysis of his own intelligence for a war agenda. There are many hierarchical levels from the deep insiders of Skull & Bones to the Case Officers, translators, analysts, the man in the street, assets, and pawns. They surveille one another as well as the enemy. They are The Watched as well as The Watchers.

Leutrell “Mike” Osborne joined the CIA in 1957, and became one of the first African American Case Officers (C/O).  He directed CIA agents and assets in over 24 countries on three continents.  Mr. Osborne is the only C/O to also serve as a Communications Security Officer (COMSEC Officer) for over six years.  Mr. Osborne resigned his post at CIA in 1984 to pursue private sector opportunities.  He returned to government service in 1989, where he oversaw Small Business Administration contracting programs for the Office of Personnel Management.
In 1994, Mr. Osborne retired from Federal Government after 31 years of service.  He then returned to private sector advising small businesses on the acquisition of government contracts.  In addition, he began an active schedule of personal appearances, radio interviews and television commentary. He and his wife, Rose, have been married for more than 50 years and have five children.  Mr. Osborne lives in Annapolis, Maryland and spends his time working on his memoirs and providing inspirational and transformational leadership speeches to audiences throughout the country.

He is now undertaking a motion picture project, THE OSBORNE EFFECT: BLACK MAN IN THE CIA. The movie will explore one man’s dream to join the Intelligence Community and desegregate various aspects of Agency culture, while maintaining a rich and rewarding home life as well as keep close to his own spiritual integrity.

His book, 'Black Man in the CIA' can be found at Amazon.com and other book sellers.

Gary Revel, looks into RFK assassination

RED POLKA DOT DRESS-RFK Assassination Screenplay Research Gains Momentum with Nina Rhodes-Hughes CNN Interview

"What has to come out is that there was another shooter to my right," Rhodes-Hughes said in an exclusive interview with CNN. "The truth has got to be told. No more cover-ups."

Her statement that Sirhan was not the only gunman shooting at Presidential Candidate Robert F. Kennedy confirms the many reports and investigative work by Gary Revel into the killing.

Frank Burmaster is researching and co-writing the screenplay now. He has completed 28 screenplays and has a zombie film in development. "Zombie Warriors", is to be filmed by StewArt Productions/Biblical Films. He also has a TV pilot in development, "Last Hope", with Stuart Sabin at It's a Living Productions. He just finished co-writing an action/thriller, "Sons of the Fallen", with producer Robert Hammond, and is currently co-writing two thrillers, "Thorn", and "Thorn 2" with producer Pamala Hall. He is also due to begin work on another TV Pilot, "The Discovery Process".

Revel is the owner of the Jongleur group of companies that includes Jongleur Music, Jongleur Music Book Publishing and Jongleur Music Pictures. Jongleur Music is also partnered with Robert McDaris in the Riant Records label. The companies produce and distribute music, publish books and have over 20 motion pictures in development. He is the creator of the 'Dream Killers' project that is working to bring 3 major motion pictures to theaters around the world that will finally provide the truth of the assassinations of JFK, MLK and RFK in 3 entertaining and inspirational motion pictures. The movies will be based primarily on the facts that Gary found during his investigation of the assassinations that began when he entered into the MLK assassination enquiry of the House Select Committee on Assassinations in 1977. He will bring new understanding to the historical perspective of the events due to his exclusive and independent work and findings in 1977.

Revel recently finished the screenplays; JFK: The Real Story, written by Revel and co-writers Robert Burnside and Ambyr Davis as well as Golf Gods, adapted from the book by David Green and written by Revel and David. His story of his investigation of the assassination of Martin Luther King Jr. is optioned by William Sachs and the screenplay, MLK - written by Sachs - is the subject of negotiations with producers in Hollywood.

Al Navis has joined with Gary and Frank to help provide an extra indepth view as the ‘Consulting Historian’ to the endeavor. Navis has been lecturing on the JFK assassination since 1974. He is a writer, radio personality, book store owner and expert on the assassination of President John F. Kennedy.

Leutrell (Mike) Osborne Sr. has made himself available to the writers and researchers for the screenplay as a 'Technical Consultant'. He will offer advice and perspective on the United States Government’s Central Intelligence (CIA). His book, 'Black Man in the CIA', has recently been published by Jongleur Music Book Publishing.

Leutrell knew the CIA's David Morales and Ted Shackley among many other famous and practically unknown CIA employees. He was a CIA Case Officer who had as many as 12 agents working for him at times. He will advise on matters related to the CIA's 'Domestic and Foreign Counterintelligence' practices during the late 1960s.

Special Investigator Gary Revel reflects on the polka dots and the RFK assassination as he pursues making a movie to expose the deadly killers behind the killing.

Gary Revel

(Temple, Texas) -- The year was 1977 and by the time three people (an associate, a brother and the husband of a cousin-with whom I had at least some discussion of my work investigating the Martin Luther King Jr. assassination were murdered) I was starting to make connections beyond MLK. Links began to surface that led to the assassination of President John F. Kennedy and the Civil Rights Leader.

It was after the attacks on me and my family became too great to bear that I decided to end my investigation. This was in the early part of 1978 and I was living in Nashville, Tennessee where I had based my investigation of the assassination of Martin Luther King Jr.

A few months after making this decision I was sitting in the law office of my business associate, James Earl Ray attorney Jack Kershaw. I got a phone call from someone who said he was a friend of a woman who knew something about the assassination of Robert F. Kennedy and thought it had something to do with his brother‘s assassination as well (JFK). I told the caller that I was no longer investigating the King killing and wasn’t interested in pursuing neither Robert’s assassination nor JFK’s.

The caller was not relieved by this and continued to explain that his friend had seen a lady in a polka dot dress run from the Ambassador Hotel with a male friend saying that they had killed Kennedy.

I really didn’t want to hear this. My faith in any kind of real justice in the United States had been completely destroyed by my experiences of the past year. However, just as I had been compelled to delve into the underbelly of the MLK and JFK assassinations, I again felt the grip of hunger for justice.

I continued to listen and asked a few questions and once off the phone began to make some calls myself.
I learned that there had been several people who had seen a lady in a polka dot dress in and around the Ambassador Hotel that night. More than one had seen her in the company of Sirhan Sirhan.

One turned out to be the woman my caller had told me about, Sandra Serrano. She had been sitting on the steps that led down from the Ambassador Hotel Ballroom where RFK had just made his victory speech when the polka dot dress lady ran past her claiming, ‘We shot Kennedy’.

Another was a policeman, Sergeant Paul Sharaga, who saw the polka dot dress lady shortly after in the parking lot saying the same thing.

A third was Vincent DiPierro. He was working as a waiter in the hotel and saw the polka dot dress lady with Sirhan. She and Sirhan seemed quite cozy and was the recipient of a whisper from Sirhan. According to Vincent, soon after, Sirhan saw Robert Kennedy coming into the hallway and quickly moved forward taking a pistol out and began shooting.

I learned that more shots were fired than would have been possible if they had all come from Sirhan’s pistol. Then I learned of the destruction of evidence by the LAPD and other details that were very disturbing.

This kind of knowledge has come to me steadily, layer after layer, building a firm foundation and structure of truth about the assassination of RFK that isn’t found in the official court records that have kept Sirhan Sirhan in prison for 44 years.

It is because of this and other factors that I must go forward and make every effort to make a movie that will provide a perspective of truth, as I see it, beyond what is found in the official history of the killing of Presidential Candidate Robert F. Kennedy.

So I have entered into an agreement with Frank Burmaster to co-write a screenplay about the assassination. We have accepted offers from JFK Assassination Expert, Al Navis and former CIA Case Officer, Leutrell (Mike) Osborne Sr. (author of Black Man in the CIA) to consult on research for the screenplay.

This is not an undertaking taken lightly I assure you. The pain and suffering that these matters have caused me over the years is more than enough for a lifetime, still I am compelled to continue.
